Shipping and Handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping. Please allow 10 - 14 days for delivery. For expedited shipment options, or to use PayPal to purchase your materials, or for international shipments, please contact kim@stephaniecovington.com with a completed copy of our Book Order Form and we can provide you with a quote.

Rates are subject to change without notice. Final shipping charges will appear on your invoice at checkout. Please contact kim@stephaniecovington.com for orders over $10,000 to see if eligible for a bulk rate discount.

Return Policy

It is important to us that you have the materials you need. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us directly at kim@stephaniecovington.com Please note that all returns need to obtain an authorization code with shipping instructions. There is a 15% restocking fee.

We can not offer refunds for purchases returned to the publishers or for orders placed elsewhere. If you have made an error in your order, then the shipping charges and replacement fees will be billed to you. If we have made an error (hopefully not!), we will certainly correct it at our expense.

Also, please note that we are not responsible for materials sent to addresses where the business is closed (very important during COVID). Please be sure there is someone available to accept all packages.

Again, we will need to bill you for the charges incurred if packages need to be reshipped. Also, during COVID, please allow additional time for your replacement order to be fulfilled.
